Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative models
- Lead cross-functional teams in auditing AI algorithms for bias, fairness, and transparency
- Partner with product teams to integrate ethical considerations into the full AI development lifecycle
- Represent Nexus at global AI ethics summits and regulatory policy discussions
- Establish KPIs for measuring AI ethical performance across enterprise systems
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging AI ethics challenges for 2026
- Train engineers and data scientists on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with focus on AI ethics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing AI governance frameworks in tech or research environments
- Expertise in bias detection/mitigation techniques for ML models and NLP systems
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics or responsible AI journals/conferences
- Deep understanding of evolving global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience collaborating with policymakers and standards bodies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
