Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Policy, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and ISO/IEC 42001
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience working with quantum computing or neuro-symbolic AI systems
- Strong background in regulatory compliance for tech startups
- Proficiency in Python for bias detection tool development
