Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for machine learning models
- Advise executive teams on regulatory compliance for emerging AI technologies
- Design transparent explainability protocols for high-stakes decision systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment strategies
- Produce thought leadership on AI ethics for industry conferences and publications
- Monitor evolving ethical standards and regulatory landscapes globally
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or technology ethics roles
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of GDPR, AI Act, and emerging US regulations
- Strong background in participatory design and stakeholder engagement
- Published work on AI ethics or technology policy preferred
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing tools and frameworks
