Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of proprietary AI models tailored for the 2026 tech landscape.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines to support real-time, high-volume data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Ensure ethical AI standards, data privacy compliance, and fairness in algorithmic outputs.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record of deploying production-grade models.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with hands-on experience in Transformer architectures.
- Strong proficiency in Python and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Ray).
- Experience with MLOps, model versioning, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
