- Identify emerging AI trends and competitive threats through horizon scanning
- Present strategic AI recommendations to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Manage $5M+ AI innovation budget with ROI-focused KPIs
- Build and lead a high-performance AI strategy team
- Establish ethical AI frameworks and governance protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy, 5+ years at director level
- Proven track record of scaling enterprise AI initiatives
- Deep expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and predictive analytics
- Certified AI Strategist (CAIS) or equivalent
- Experience with quantum computing integration in AI systems
- Prior experience in regulated industries (healthcare/finance)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier AI journals
- MBA or MS in Computer Science/AI required
