Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 era, focusing on generative AI, predictive modeling, and neural interfaces.
- R&D Leadership: Lead high-impact research initiatives, evaluating emerging technologies to determine their feasibility for enterprise deployment.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a diverse team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI ethicists.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems that can handle massive data volumes and real-time processing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and engineering teams to translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Innovation Management: Establish a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and large language models (LLMs).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
