Responsibilities
- Design scalable AI architectures integrating quantum computing and neuromorphic systems
- Lead development of self-optimizing neural networks with adaptive learning capabilities
- Architect human-AI collaboration frameworks for ethical decision-making
- Implement quantum-enhanced machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics
- Create cross-platform AI solutions for autonomous systems and robotics
- Develop ethical AI governance protocols and bias mitigation systems
- Mentor junior engineers in next-generation AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in neuromorphic computing and brain-inspired architectures
- Published research in top-tier AI/quantum computing conferences
- Experience with federated learning and edge AI deployment
- Strong background in AI ethics and responsible AI development
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming languages
