Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition and execution of the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems for next-gen AI applications.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and prototyping solutions for the 2026 release cycle.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and UX design, to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and ensure architectural standards are met across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership or architectural role.
- Proven expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Predictive Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or C++.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading teams through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
