Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026 technology roadmaps with 5-year strategic foresight
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives in emerging domains (quantum AI, neuro interfaces, climate tech)
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Secure $50M+ in future-focused grants and venture partnerships
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our FutureTech Fellowship program
- Pioneer industry-wide standards for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Present breakthrough concepts at global forums like CES 2026 and Web Summit
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent breakthrough experience)
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 3+ patents or peer-reviewed publications
- Proven track record leading $20M+ innovation initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in Nature, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent tier
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Portfolio of deployed solutions impacting 1M+ users
- Certified in AI ethics frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act compliance)
