InnovateForward Inc. is seeking a visionary 2026 Future Tech Strategist to architect our next-generation technology roadmap. As we approach the transformative year of 2026, this role demands a pioneer who can anticipate industry shifts, identify disruptive opportunities, and position our organization at the forefront of innovation.
You'll lead cross-functional teams in developing forward-looking strategies that align with emerging technologies like quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems. This executive-level position reports directly to our CTO and requires a blend of strategic foresight, technical acumen, and business excellence.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and regulatory landscapes to define 2026 innovation priorities
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align C-suite teams on future tech investments
- Monitor competitive disruption vectors and recommend proactive adaptation strategies
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological ROI and market positioning
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, sustainable tech
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field (MBA/PhD preferred)
- Experience managing $10M+ tech portfolios with measurable ROI
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CSO, WFS) or technology management
