Responsibilities
- Design and implement 2026-forward technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale disruptive solutions with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Present futuristic vision frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive ethical tech frameworks ensuring responsible AI and sustainable development practices
- Generate intellectual property portfolios with 10+ patentable innovations annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in forecasting technology trends with 95%+ accuracy in 3-year horizons
- Strong publication record in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, or equivalent) and quantum computing frameworks
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to articulate complex futures scenarios
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital for experimental projects
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
