Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms and distributed ledger technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on future tech
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on AI/quantum convergence
- Proven track record of leading tech transformation projects valued at $50M+
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech innovation initiatives
