Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy 2026-ready technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing sustainable tech solutions with net-zero emissions targets
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess commercial viability
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Present disruptive innovations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation AI deployment
- Mentor junior engineers in futuristic development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Proven track record of launching commercialized futuristic technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and AI ethics frameworks
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Certification in Sustainable Technology Implementation (STI-2026)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q#)
