Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI)
- Design scalable prototypes with 10-year impact potential
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to solve complex global challenges

Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics
- 5+ years in emerging tech research or commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published work in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive innovations
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with agile development in experimental environments
