Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives across multiple industries
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Produce quarterly futures intelligence reports with actionable recommendations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at international tech foresight conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of predicting tech disruptions with documented case studies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and forecasting software
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or technology publications
- Ability to travel internationally (25% of time)
