- Represent company vision at global tech summits and futurist forums
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic innovation or futurist consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership in emerging technologies
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Experience in AI/ML implementation and ethical tech frameworks
