Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping disruptive products with 3-5 year market impact
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Anticipate socioeconomic shifts driven by emerging technologies and advise executive leadership
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify exponential opportunities
- Present visionary insights at global forums and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of commercializing exponential technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published futurist work or patents in emerging domains
- Global network of innovation ecosystem connectors
