Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year innovation roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex global trends
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and board decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused innovation projects delivered to market
