Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI, quantum, and biotech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 5-7 year commercial viability
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Manage $15M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking and risk mitigation
- Author thought leadership publications in IEEE and Nature journals
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Accelerator Program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record launching technologies with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Published author in peer-reviewed technology or futurism journals
- Experience managing global R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., AC/CF foresight)
