Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps for clients across healthcare, energy, and mobility sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing technologies using agile methodologies
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including AI governance and biotech integration
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of leading successful tech innovation initiatives
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend forecasting
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in innovation management or futures methodologies preferred
- Published author or thought leader in future trends/innovation
- Experience with sustainability and ESG frameworks
