Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with long-term market evolution
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and scenario analyses for stakeholder decision-making
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio, allocating resources to high-impact 2026-vetted projects
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (GenAI, quantum, Web3) and their commercial applications
- Executive-level presentation skills with published thought leadership in tech journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year horizon planning implementations
