- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly strategic pivots based on emerging tech trends
- Develop patent-pending technologies in spatial computing and neural interfaces
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation with ESG goals and market expansion
- Mentor a global team of 15+ researchers and engineers through agile methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years of tech innovation experience
- Proven track record of launching products with 10M+ user adoption by 2026
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, and decentralized systems
- Strong leadership background managing R&D teams in fast-paced environments
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future tech implications (2018-2025)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with venture capital funding rounds ($10M+)
