Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead predictive analysis initiatives identifying market disruptions and competitive threats
- Architect innovation frameworks integrating AR/VR, blockchain, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Direct cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 3-5 year implementation cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation insights to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrable impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and market adoption curves
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year development cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR, CFS)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio showcasing technology roadmaps implemented with measurable ROI
