Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 global innovation strategy across AI, biotech, and clean energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, designers, and futurists in moonshot projects
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and World Economic Forum initiatives
- Present quarterly disruption forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Author industry-defining white papers on quantum computing applications
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor next-gen talent through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ launches)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or carbon capture
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience securing federal grants (DOE, NSF, DARPA) exceeding $2M
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 technology trend accuracy
