Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global technological, social, and economic shifts through horizon scanning and trend synthesis
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks for product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional teams in rapid prototyping and validation of futuristic concepts
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and nurture an internal innovation ecosystem including hackathons and incubator programs
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and ROI on future-focused initiatives
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disruptive products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
- Certification in innovation management or futurist methodologies preferred
