- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Champion innovation labs focused on quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build cross-functional teams to execute 2026 innovation initiatives
- Author thought leadership on emerging future trends
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech)
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning skills
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends (required)
