Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or Quantum Computing
- 8+ years in strategic innovation at Fortune 100 or unicorn startups
- Published research in exponential technologies or foresight methodology
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Track record of launching billion-dollar future-focused initiatives
- Deep knowledge of climate tech, neurotech, and quantum applications
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
