Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive culture of experimentation through rapid prototyping and fail-forward methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, neurotech, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ futuristic projects delivered to market
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
