You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to transform speculative insights into actionable initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, quantum computing) to map 2026-2030 industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Author forward-looking white papers and executive briefings
- Partner with R&D to commercialize emerging technologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness across departments
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AGI, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record translating foresight into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in tech/societal trends
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Certification in Innovation Management preferred
