Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market shifts to forecast 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and industry disruption
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and services
- Present compelling future-state scenarios to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with research institutions and startups for early trend adoption
- Lead scenario planning for geopolitical, climate, and societal megatrends
- Create actionable frameworks for organizational adaptation to future realities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management (e.g., CFSD)
