Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Scenarios' mapping technological, economic, and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping solutions for 2026-era challenges
- Advise executive team on strategic investments in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Curate exclusive 'Future Forward' executive workshops with industry pioneers
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring organizational future-readiness
- Represent company at global futurism forums (WEF, TED Futures, etc.)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist research
- Published work in peer-reviewed futures studies or innovation journals
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, space)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or equivalent
- Portfolio of 2020-2030 trend forecasts with validated outcomes
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term transformation
