Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to forecast 2026's disruptive innovations
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenarios' workshops with executive stakeholders
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing into development lifecycles
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend briefings
- Manage a $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption curves (3-5 year accuracy)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (Web3, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent advanced degree (required)
- Executive-level presentation skills with Fortune 500 experience
- Published author in innovation/tech foresight publications
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analytics platforms
