- Analyze global tech trends and disruption vectors to inform strategic pivots
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation with business objectives and market expansion
- Build and manage an elite innovation lab with cutting-edge prototyping capabilities
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property development for next-gen solutions
- Mentor high-potential talent in futurism methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of innovation strategy experience
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stack (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
