Responsibilities

- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate vision

- Present strategic forecasts to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Monitor global tech developments and competitive landscapes

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic innovation or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing successful innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and research capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies preferred
