Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-tech commercialization
- Expertise in trend forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
