- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing initiatives
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
