Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological, economic, and societal trends impacting 2026 using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability paradigms
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios and opportunity horizons
- Produce high-impact trend reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks for emerging risks and opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains (e.g., AGI, neurotech, climate adaptation)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futurist projects or published foresight work
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
