Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging domains including quantum computing and neurotech
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation for future uncertainties
- Publish thought leadership frameworks on next-generation business models
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof product ecosystems
- Build global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Advain on regulatory and ethical implications of breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of trend analysis published in peer-reviewed journals
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous transformations
- Portfolio of strategic frameworks implemented by Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
