Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 2026-2030 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for quantum-AI convergence and neuro-digital interfaces
- Architect sustainable future scenarios aligned with UN SDGs and planetary boundaries
- Direct cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Present future-state roadmaps to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Establish ethical governance protocols for emerging neuro- and quantum technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, technology forecasting, or R&D leadership
- Published research in quantum computing, neuro-technology, or climate adaptation
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP-V, Delphi method)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Portfolio of implemented future-state strategies with measurable impact
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., AC/FS)
