Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize moonshot opportunities
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visual storytelling
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks using predictive modeling tools
- Advise leadership on technology adoption timelines and societal implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-suite audiences
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating past innovation roadmaps implemented in enterprise environments
