Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech paradigms (quantum computing, biotech convergence, AI ethics) to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation roadmaps
- Author quarterly 'Horizon Scan' reports distributed to 200+ global executives
- Design and prototype future-state business models using systems thinking methodologies
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'Future Leaders' incubation program
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi analysis, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state scenarios (2025-2030 focus)
- Proficiency in trend-visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight platforms
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption strategies
- CFP (Certified Futurist) or equivalent certification preferred
