Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps anticipating societal and technological shifts by 2026
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into product development and investment decisions
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and deliver keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Manage a cross-functional innovation lab prototyping 2026-relevant solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts or emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI ethics, climate resilience, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional data synthesis and visualization skills using tools like Tableau or D3.js
- Experience leading high-impact workshops with executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
