Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Develop and implement innovation roadmaps for AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional sprints with engineering, design, and policy teams
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board members
- Secure partnerships with research institutions and government agencies
- Build and mentor a 5-person innovation lab team
- Author quarterly 'FutureScan' reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or futurism
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major platforms
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D funding or partnerships
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized innovations
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred for global partnerships
