Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional strategic planning and cross-functional leadership skills
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or a related field (PhD preferred)

- Experience managing $10M+ innovation budgets and high-stake stakeholder alignment
