- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and global research institutions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futuristic design thinking and rapid prototyping
- Present visionary concepts to board members and key stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech leadership with proven track record in AI or quantum computing
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on future technology ethics (e.g., Nature Futures)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members in fast-paced innovation environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio showcasing at least three patented technologies with market adoption
