- Establish and manage a global network of futurist and academic collaborators
- Drive innovation sprints to validate future-state business models
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Experience leading high-impact cross-geographical teams
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS) preferred
