Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) to inform 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Develop future scenarios and risk mitigation frameworks for disruptive market shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conferences

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating trends into actionable business strategies
