- Develop comprehensive 5-year roadmaps for emerging technology adoption and market disruption
- Secure $10M+ in research grants and partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite executives and board members for executive approval
- Mentor a cross-functional team of 15+ futurists, engineers, and data scientists
- Establish KPIs for 2026 project milestones and conduct quarterly strategic reviews
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with 5+ years in futurism or innovation strategy roles
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and sustainable technology
- Exceptional grant writing skills with $25M+ secured research funding history
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field required
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech futurism journals or industry whitepapers
- Fluency in strategic scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience leading teams across 3+ continents with diverse cultural expertise
