- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Design resilience frameworks for geopolitical and climate-related disruptions
- Present future-state strategies to investors and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive modeling methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or tech scale-up
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Experience with AI-driven trend forecasting platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
