- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Integrate foresight frameworks into product development and business strategy
- Publish thought leadership pieces on emerging technologies and future scenarios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech foresight
- Proven track record of developing successful 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with futures research tools (e.g., Delphi method, SWOT analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating previous futurist projects or published research
